This software provides an extended database encryption feature, so you can protect your data from unauthorized access. Your tables cannot be viewed on disk by means of a disk (or HEX) editor.

  • Set Database Password: Main menu: Files/Set password (Ctrl+Alt+P)
  • Remove passwords from Database: Main menu: Files/Remove password (Ctrl+Alt+W)

Records

You may Insert unlimited records. Each record have a Category and Image, Fields, Comments and Custom Fields. You can edit properties of record by means of the visual editor of records (Main menu: Records/Edit, or Mouse Double Click).

Overall we are very excited about the program and think it will serve our needs very well. We have many employees, docents, and public visitors who use our library. I am running a community library and I installed Small library Organiser Pro, which is a fantastic product and I am recommending it to all the new community libraries that are opening because of the UKs budget cuts.

I am with the Missouri Local Technical Assistance Program. We are wanting to organize all of our literature and make it available to our clients. We originally thought a library system would work but we need the ability to track the quantity of each booklet, CD, DVD, etc. that we have. Another issue is that not all of the material in intend on coming back, and once that item is gone we need our inventory to reflect that change. We also need the ability to use a bar scanner with the system. Is there any one of your programs that is best suited for our needs?

I have downloaded free trial versions of your book library software; Small Library Organizer Pro, Church Library Organizer Pro and Simple Library Organizer Pro. I'm in the mist of evaluating these pieces of your work. Our school is a Christian one with grades K-12. Our two libraries one for K-6 and the one contain a number of books, videos and other material number much less than 2,000 items. The part time librarian has intermediate computer experience. My wife and I would buy the software necessary to establish this library. Of course we would like buy the product we need as low as possible. The price paid would depend on the software selected, etc. With all the information suggested so far, what version of your library software would be appropriate for our school to use.
